Does the Army have a martial arts program like the MCMAP?

I am wondering if the Army has a martial arts program similar to the Marine Corps. Martial Arts Program that also has ranks and belts.

Thanks in advance.|||Yes, it%26#039;s called %26#039;combatives,%26#039; and it is getting tons of attention. There are huge competitions, and it is quite the up and coming sport, as well as training tool.

***EDIT*** The main school and the really big competitions are at Ft Benning, but there are instructors at nearly every base, you don%26#039;t have to go to GA, but if you are really good at it, you might find yourself in competition there.|||Yes, combatives is becoming a big part of the army. You learn the basics in basic training. There are four different levels of certification, and apparently according to some of our new guys there getting level one qualified in basic. Once your at your duty station though you can get certified all the way to your level four certification. Just depends on how many slots you have open. If your good enough you will go to the tournaments and such as well. We have a guy in second who went to Benning for a combatives tournament and apparently did pretty well.|||The Army has the Combatives program, with the combatives school in Fort Benning, GA. It has several levels of instruction.|||Yes its called combatives %26amp; USD all government Martial Arts are based the same program formed by the Department of State DSS security and the Secret Service!|||yeah but it is nothing like the MCMAP|||Yes.|||yes
