What is the best way to make your body flexible and able to do martial arts better?

i have learnt the basics of martial arts like different kicks and punches, but when it comes to the kicks, i cant kick high enough for some of them.|||Do stretchings first then try to got to the gym and use their equipment to gain strength. If you want to be flexible then do stretchings especially splits. Try to split until a point where you can%26#039;t handle it but try to move on a little bit wider, if you can%26#039;t take it anymore then don%26#039;t force yourself to, there are other easy-stretchings that can also help you with flexibility. About kicks always aim high, bend your body a little bit but remain balance then kick. Good luck!|||yoga.lots of streching|||Stretch - several times a day, everyday.|||Stretch out more often, and for longer periods of time.|||Yoga is absolutely amazing for increasing your body%26#039;s range of motion.

There are several different types - do some research on which one will be best for you and your personal goals.

Something to remember: when practicing yoga it doesn%26#039;t matter how *far* you go, what matters is that you are doing the move correctly.|||start swiming|||Do stretch exercise, my lover do some in hot tub, warm water loosen body, I massage him, that help too.|||Yoga all the way!|||Try yoga|||Try yoga and do parkour if you can|||Yoga isn%26#039;t always the answer to that, try stretching your muscles before working out and practicing martial arts, that makes you much more flexible...
