What Martial Arts Were Used In The Matrix Movies?

Hey, a friend of mine would like to know what martial arts were used in the Matrix films. Any details you could spare would be appreciated.|||The Matrix movie choreographer Yuen Woo Ping is a well known Hong Kong stunt director and has worked with Jet Li, Chow Yun Fat and Jackie Chan among others on numerous movies. He has a Wushu background and if I%26#039;m not mistaken, he was one of Jackie Chan%26#039;s Beijing Opera School classmate and childhood friend along with Yuen Biao and Samo Hung. So most of the fight scenes in the Matrix were derived from Wushu forms or what little that Keannu could make out of it since his stiff body rendered most of the Wushu forms unrecognizable, I think Laurence Fishburne did a far more believable job than Keannu, though still not as smooth.|||Hollywood-fu with some Choreography-do|||matrix/hollywood fu

most martial arts in movies arent a specific style its a blend of many performance aspects of martial arts to catch an audience eye.|||Closest thing to the movies are Contemporary Wushu which is a acrobatic display of skill, performance of routine, done single, in group and choreographed sparring, with or without weapons.
